The room was comfortably equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave and crockery/cutlery for convenience. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic Club access, elevating my experience with additional amenities.
I did encounter a slight inconvenience regarding the clothing check, as I’m still waiting for someone to confirm its presence. Despite this minor hiccup, my overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

Excellent and easy location, it was near a railway station. We dined at a very convenient nearby restaurant with Korean dishes.

Had a great stay! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and just a short stroll to the light rail and shopping at Dickson. The food at the Tradies Club was fantastic too, perfect for those evenings when you just want to relax after a busy day!
The room got a bit chilly at night, and I could hear some noise from neighbors, which was a tad annoying. The breakfast options were limited too, so I ended up grabbing a better meal at a nearby café. a good experience despite a few hiccups!

The location is excellent . Easy to get to city centre and having a shopping centre next door is great. So many Cafes restaurants. The Tradies Club with the free memberships for guests is a bonus . Meals at the Club are excellent value and generous serves .Free undercover parking also a plus. Definitely would recommend.

Location: the hotel was close to Asian restaurants in the Dickson shops, the centre of one of Canberra's' main' suburbs adjacent to the restaurant strip and services with very good sized rooms, and light rail station.

I was really impressed with the value for money; the room was not only spacious but also clean. The staff were so friendly and were great, even tracking down a charger for my son's phone!
Breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

Huge room, comfy bed and a great base to visit Canberra from.
The shower over spa has had a lot of slip proofing added to it making the spa itself quite uncomfortable to sit in.

Loved that every room has a microwave, toaster and kettle - was great for travelling with little ones and also that the hotel is attached to the club so no going in and out of the freezing winter night air to get dinner.

I stayed here for three nights during a winter getaway, and it was an overall lovely experience. The location is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. My room was spacious, beautifully renovated, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having the heater running upon my arrival. The pantry was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, rooms were cleaned daily, adding to the overall comfort.
I can recommend this hotel.
